Worklogs – Folders

Worklogs offers you to organize your conversation into folders, and also allow to set specific permission on a user case basis.

You also have direct one-on-one conversation with a single user like your typical direct-messaging app, but folders allow you to reach #next-level organizational performance:

  • Control user access to sensitive information
  • Split project into smaller pieces
  • Convert threads into their own folder when small task become too big/important.
  • Focus your attention on a specific folder/project.

You can see your folders at any time on desktop () and mobile ().

Folders and Sub-folders

Organizing your project into folders and sub-folders is very important to keep your conversation organized but most importantly keep in mind that most of Worklogs pages will be filtering information based on what folder you are currently using.

Selecting a specific project folder to focus your attention will greatly improve your productivity to catch up with updates and maintain your dashboard.

The good thing is that folders is a very old concept most uses are familiar with. Worklogs just make them more powerfull with threads and dashboards.
