Worklogs – Pinned Messages & Dashboard

Worklogs chat messages can be pinned publicly or privately to create task visible on the dashboard or user profile.

One click can turn any message into a task that you can deleguate/assign or even keep private to yourself.

Pinned messages appear with a YELLOW background


Pinned messages are also regrouped in a ‘card style’ dashboard offering powerfull filters to supervise projects or process your assigned tasks.

The dashboard is highly interactive and you can perform multiple maintenance task to your pinned messages without leaving the dashboard. See below a lost of action you can update in one click:

  • Edit message
  • User assignment
  • Priority
  • Task type
  • Energy level
  • Due date

Even if you click on the arrow() to go read the message inside the conversation, Worlogs will open a modal popup where you can quickly read and reply without leaving the dashboard page. That way you can get right back into killing more tasks.

You can also ‘create new tasks’ right inside the dashboard page so you can use this page as your inbox ingestion page.

Advanced – sorting and filtering

By default Worklogs display ALL pinned messages grouped in column by status and then grouped inside each column by priority.

That setup should work for a while but when your team and number of tasks inevitably grows, we recommend filtering your messages.


Every variable associated to pinned messages can be used to filter the dashboard view.
