Worklogs main idea is to break free from project management complexity, including time tracking but if you really want or need to track time, Worklogs offers neat time tracking features.
Manual timer
Every pinned message / task offers very simple one-click time tracking. Simply click the ‘start time tracking’ then press the start button
the timer will start. You do not have to stay on the page for the time tracking to keep going. The time is tracked
on our server so it cannot be tampered with. When you are done you can press the stop button
and we will update the time on our server and show the time spend on the task.
Manual editing time is coming in late Q2 2025.

Automatic timer (Q3 2025)
If you prefer to let Worklogs track the time automatically for you as you navigatie in the app, we will offer in Q3 2025 an app wide timer that will allocate your time as you navigate the app and jump from one task to another so that you can see where you spend your time without having to start and stop timers all day. Ideal for manager who hop from task to task all day.
To see where your time went, go to your dashboard and click ‘time tracking report’ to see how much time you spent on folders, conversations, tasks or wiki.

Go anywhere in WorkLogs and start or edit your timer to fine track your time. That’s a lot more time consumming but it allows full control over your billable time.
Edit time
Forgot to start or stop a timer, click the edit button to input time manually. That feature can be disabled by the project manager on a user basis in the folder settings or gloval acccount settings.
