Worklogs is a chat-based project management platform that helps teams organize conversations, tasks, and documentation. The Service includes messaging, threading, pinning, wiki pages, time tracking, and related features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Free accounts have a 180-day data retention limit. Data older than 180 days becomes inaccessible but is not deleted. Upgrading to a paid plan restores access to your full history.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worklogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
